Works great! Easily to place in your planter and fill up when watering so that plants can take up additional water as needed. Much easier than trying to construct a homemade olla.

Great for hanging baskets
Fit perfectly in 12 inch outdoor hanging basket. Wanted something to help keep soil moist between watering in the Texas heat. I incorporated this when I put the basket together, so was able to cover about 90% of this with soil and leave just the opening uncovered. I do wish these came with a cover for the opening so the water doesn’t evaporate out, otherwise these were exactly what I needed

Not worth it full price
This will work well for an indoor planter, it doesn't work well outside. I'm happy I used a Target Circle bonus and got it for half off, otherwise it was not worth it.

Good
Seems good. I have this outside in my large grow bags. Material seems like unglazed terracotta. I fill it every morning and the water level is down 50% when I check each morning. Seems to be working so far. The pointed bottom makes it easy to push into soil. I plan to store it inside when its freeze temps outside. I will need to see how it works with Texas 100 degree weather when my plants are thirsty.
