  • A: So i work at Target. One of the food managers told me that they come in frozen...but they put them out as refrigerated. I told them that they need to eith stay frozen or be date stamped accordingly. My Target started date stamping them.

  • A: The expiration date is a “Julian” date on the back of the box…..so first two numbers are the year & numbers after the dash are the amount of days into the year, which is easy to just Google what it computes too. Unfortunately the 16yr olds working are uneducated in this so everyone I’ve gotten has been expired….by MONTHS!! Like 3+

  • A: Julian date. Mine says 25-302...manufactured October 29th 2025. Their product says good 45-60 days. I bought mine Dec 31st. Seemed okay but now I'm nervous...probably just throw out. I work for Target...going to report this issue. They should be expiration stamping items with Julian dates. Not everyone knows how to decipher them...I googled it.

No expiration dates

These are a refrigerated item, not frozen which would be totally fine EXCEPT they don’t come with an expiration date on them. They have some sort of lot code on them but no clear expiration. How are we supposed to know if it’s still good or not?

Buying over and over!

These egg bites are a great alternative to the Starbucks egg bites. They taste very similar and they are super easy to heat up in the air fryer. The bacon is not a ham texture at all, it’s very thoroughly cooked and truly a delectable high-protein breakfast!

Pretty gross

These tasted awful. I cooked them in my air fryer, as recommended, and while they looked fine they tasted horrible. They were dry and the cheese almost tasted like it had gone bad. I won't be buying these again and I threw the rest of the package away. I wouldn't bother if I were you.

Taste just like SB

I purchased these on a whim last night because i love the starbucks egg bites. I think they taste very similar-cheese is different-but taste is the same. These are exceptionally cheaper than SB, and way more convenient. I will look for them again, wish they sold a bigger box. Someone else mentioned making one into an egg sandwhich, excellent idea!
