I bought this because I was having issues "down there" and my doctor recommended a probiotic with some of the lactobacillus strains in this one. My symptoms went away almost completely within a week! I wanted to address some of the weight gain concerns people have mentioned in the reviews. Its normal to retain water and have some gas discomfort the first few weeks of starting a probiotic. I noticed a slight weight increase ranging from 2-5 pounds for about 3 weeks and it went down to my normal weight once my body was used to the probiotic! Don't let it scare you because this has been so helpful for me!

Didn’t Work for me
After one week of taking this capsule I developed hematuria (blood in my urine). It was gross in nature and came on abruptly. In reminiscing on all of my recent changes and reading the reviews on this product because it was the only recent change I had made; I discovered bleeding was reported as a side effect from another customer. I am now on antibiotics with my urine being sent of for culture. I stopped this product immediately and will not be taking it again.

I picked this up because it was local and I had to take a strong course of antibiotics. It seemed to work well enough to prevent a y. infection from the medication, but why does it have to have titanium dioxide and caramel coloring?

Bloated!
Have been taking for a week. Very bloated! No other changes unfortunately. Expensive for the small amount of capsules received. Would not purchase again.

Helpful probiotic
I’ve been taking these for about 2 months now and I didn’t think at first is notice any difference. I figured it would do its thing silently. But within the first week I noticed a slight decrease in appetite wich was amazing for me because I’d been over eating but wanting to loose weight. I also noticed the chronic bloat I live with had diminished by half. I could physically see my belly begin to go down. As it is normally protruding out. This has helped me feel more comfortable in my jeans and clothes. Overall my digestive health has improved with this probiotic. It’s a must have for me know and highly recommend by my gastroenterologist.

Allergic reaction
I bought these due to me being on an overall healthy journey,. Long story short, I developed an allergic reaction to these probiotics. Mind you, I’m never been allergic to ANYTHING. Within about 4 days of taking these, I began to experience welts on the back of my hand and the top of my foot. They were itching really bad. Then my throat started to feel weird. Like I said, I have never been allergic to anything so I didn’t think nothing of it. Once I looked up what people do when they have an allergic reaction to stuff, that’s when I knew what happened. My throat was starting to close. I took a Zyrtec and that helped. I will never purchase these again.

Repid weight gain
It caused me to gain weight. With no change in diet I gain 5 lbs in one week of use this probiotic. I wonder if it messed up my hormones since it states for women health. Made me very bloated and gassy. My tummy looks 6 month pregnant because of bloating.
