One of the Top Mint flavored Ice Creams that I like. It is very bright green and has lots of ingredients but it tastes really good and stays soft. would want more chocolate chips though.

food coloring, beware
I have searching around for delicious tasting yet limited in artificial flavors and additives. This ice cream is very smooth and hits the right spot for that minty flavor. I appreciated that they did not use high fructose corn syrup like their other flavors of this brand but it was a huge disappointment when I read that they have chemical food coloring. Why ruin such a great potential product ? for this reason I will never buy this ice cream again. Please get rid of the chemical food coloring such as Yellow #1

Smooth in the freezer
This brand of ice cream stays smoother in the freezer better than the big name brands like Dreyers and Ben and Jerrys! Others brands are harder to scoop or icy the longer they are in the freezer but comparatively this brand is easy to scoop and smooth after a while (or just as long) in the freezer. Tastes just as great, even better with how smooth it is. Definitely recommend.
