Protein Quality Varies

This is a great adult lunchable and it’s organic! It’s pretty difficult to find a quick snack plate with crackers, cheese, protein, and something sweet. I prefer the chicken plate but I like the chocolate grahams in the ham one. The protein quality can sometimes vary, that’s my only issue.
