Bad bottle top design
If I hadn't been at home to go get a pliers, I would've had to get help opening this thing. And then spilled it all over as it gushed out of the nozzle. Water tastes like plastic.

New cap is awful
As the others have said the new caps are horrible. The cap is flimsy & easy to lose. The pull up piece is hard to get up without using your hands to do it which contaminates it. And yes leaks easily. Loved the old flip top design that was easy to throw in a gym bag or in the car & only needing one hand to drink.

These new bottle tops are awful! The clear cap that covers the spout is no longer a flip top and cannot be replaced on the bottle once the seal is broken (so the water spout is open to germs)

These New Bottles Are Awful!!!
Why did you change the design of this bottle?! The old one was perfect. This one is awful. It’s difficult to open, it spills everywhere, the top doesn’t stay on. I don’t understand why this was changed. I am now dealing with spilled water every day in my gym bag and purse. Go back to the old design.
