Mix between a veggie fritter and a hush puppy
I am not sure how I feel about these. Based on the low selling price, I guess they are fine. They were more like eating a veggie fritter or a hush puppy than a mini crab cake. I like to support a woman owned business so I bought all of the products and this is the first one I tried so far.

We really enjoyed this! Great for the price- yes it's a "cake" so it's not overflowing with crab but they also put sole veggies in it and it has nice flavor. Make some sort of dip for it. I just mixed mayo & garlic chili sauce I had on hand and it's perfect with a sauce.
