It wasn't the fact that it had no sugar because I tried that one too and felt similarly. It was the fact that the flavor got lost in the coffee. The zero sugar is good too, I’ve tried both and the zero sugar tastes so similar to the regular one!     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Harry Potter fan, I was really excited to try the Coffee Mate Zero Sugar Butterbeer creamer. I’m not sure what I was expecting exactly, but every butterbeer inspired drink I’ve had before was sweet, rich, and packed with flavor. Unfortunately, this creamer completely missed the mark for me. It honestly didn’t taste sweet at all, and the flavor was so mild that if someone served it to me without telling me what it was, I would have no idea what flavor it was supposed to be. There just wasn’t any distinct butterbeer taste. It’s not terrible, but it feels very underwhelming considering the Harry Potter theme and all the potential this flavor had.

It has that sweet buttery caramel flavor you’d expect from butterbeer, but without being overwhelmingly sugary. The flavor is smooth and creamy, and it made my coffee taste more like a dessert drink. I also liked that it was sugar free because it still tasted rich without being too heavy. The only downside for me was that the flavor can be a little strong if you use too much, but overall it was a fun creamer to try and definitely worth it for Harry Potter fans
