    be careful buying, missing charms

    purchased in store, the shelf was stocked with all the scents but NONE of them had any charms on. didn't even know it came with a charm until I viewed my receipt. disappointed they were put out like that.

    Item arrived completely empty! You can tell the liquid spilled during shipment somehow becuase the shipping box had dried stains all over it. I tried to start process for return through the app and it states the item is non refundable? So now I have to go in person to speak to them. Not happy at all.

    It smells delightful! But buy it in store. If you get it shipped, it comes taped with an adhesive so strong it ruins the cute design on the lid. I'm pretty bummed about it.

    Not my scent.

    I personally don't like fruit-based scents, but LOVE jigglypuff. The price made me want to give it a try. I do really like the bottle and packaging. Unfortunately, I was right. This is too fruity. Luckily it's not overpowering and can probably see myself using it once or twice, but I wouldn't buy this again if it was being sold in the future.

    Bad Shipping Experience

    The low rating is for the shipping. I was able to get some of the fragrances from this collection and they shipped separately. The ones shipped with FedEx arrived no problems but with OnTrac my package was partially opened and looked like it got ran over. Luckily the fragrance inside was okay just a bit dirty. I still have another package coming in shipped with OnTrac and I hope in comes in ok. Also the fragrance smells sweet and looks cute.
