How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Doesn't breathe like 100% cotton. Too boxy. Neckline too low for everyday tee. Bring back the old Universal Thread everyday tees (I've had dozens over the years and always loved them until now).

Please leave the V Neck alone

Stop changing the dimensions on these shirts. I’ve bought many of these but the recent spring version is cut different…stick to the classic V neck cut that we all love. Unfortunately I’ll likely return these…

I’ve purchased Universal Threads T Shirts for at least 20 years. I’ve been disappointed with this purchase and feel like using the 2 I just purchased as rags. The V neck is extremely low, so much that my bra showed. The fit is extra loose and boxy. I have been looking for the previous blue color they have made and I am unable to find them. Really disappointed.

Boxier, so size down for a great deep-v

I looked for a shirt like this for 5 days up and down the Las Vegas strip last year... The fabric quality is better than the previous material in this style I had purchased from Target. Its fit is definitely more boxy than fitted, but sizing down makes for a nice deep-V neck shirt for the tank top layering girlies. I've purchased 5 different colors of this shirt in anticipation of the next style drought, and there's no doubt I'll have no regrets. Spend some time thinking about how this style will fit on you, and you'll find none of the problems that so many of the negative reviews have. Not every shirt fits every body type, but I can easily say that this one is perfect for me.

Neckline too low and wide

Why do they keep messing with this basic V-neck tee? It was great for years until they started changing it. Last year the whole shirt was way too long. This year the length is great and the neckline is nicely tailored so it still lies flat after washing, but the V is too wide and too low. I don’t mind a low neckline from time to time, but not in a basic, every day tee. Make the V a little smaller next year and the shirt will be perfect again. I used to buy these in every color each year, but not anymore.😕
