Q: Will this work to fix an outdoor sling chair where the stitching is coming undone?
A: E6000 should do a great job repairing the outdoor sling chair. Clean both surfaces with acetone or rubbing alcohol prior to applying. For best results treat the product as a contact adhesive, meaning apply the product to both surfaces and allow 1-2 minutes for the product to get tacky before mating the two together and clamping/securing with weight for 24 hours. Q: How fast does this dry?
A: E6000 is a solvent based adhesive that cures via the solvent evaporating. This generally takes about 24 hours, but can take up to 48 hours if there is little air flow for the solvent to evaporate and fully cure. Thank you for your support of Eclectic Products and Target!
