Q: Will this work on inflatable water slide

submitted by Kristi - 4 months ago

  • A: E6000 Premium may hold the inflatable water slide and it is fully waterproof upon a full cure, but it does struggle to bond well to some plastics. Using a patch may help with the bond. Try a small area to ensure compatibility before employing on the full project. Thank you for your support of Eclectic Products and Target!

Q: Can it stick to leather

submitted by Padmaja - 5 months ago

  • A: E6000 bonds well to most fabrics and leather; there are usually two sides to leather--a treated and an untreated side. E6000 will bond very well to the untreated side of leather but may struggle to bond to the side that was treated with an oil based product. For best results, lightly scuff-sand or roughen the leather before cleaning with alcohol and applying the E6000. Thank you for your support of Eclectic Products and Target!

Q: How do I apply the product?

submitted by Nancy - 6 months ago

  • A: Clean both surfaces with acetone or rubbing alcohol prior to applying. For best results, treat E6000 as a contact adhesive, meaning, apply the product to both surfaces and allow 1-2 minutes for it to get tacky before mating the two together and clamping/securing with weight for 24 hours. Q: Is it food safe ? and dishwasher safe?

submitted by CF - 7 months ago

  • A: E6000 is not a food safe or food grade product and it should not be used on food or beverage items. It is dishwasher safe upon a full cure, but again, it should not be used on food or beverage items. Thank you for your support of Eclectic Products and Target!

It works!

I tried super glue and other glue to put my expensive lamp back together (that got knocked over) and this is the only thing that worked!! Now I don’t have to buy a new lamp!

Works great. Bonds glass to polychlorinated sheets very well, the only down side is, it has a stronger odour than the usual E600s.
