A: E6000 bonds well to most fabrics and leather; there are usually two sides to leather--a treated and an untreated side. E6000 will bond very well to the untreated side of leather but may struggle to bond to the side that was treated with an oil based product. A: Clean both surfaces with acetone or rubbing alcohol prior to applying. For best results, treat E6000 as a contact adhesive, meaning, apply the product to both surfaces and allow 1-2 minutes for it to get tacky before mating the two together and clamping/securing with weight for 24 hours.
