A: E6000 Premium will do a great job repairing a water shoe. It will bond to the sole and the shoe very well; it is fully waterproof upon a full cure and will flex with the shoe while in use. Clean both surfaces with acetone or rubbing alcohol prior to applying. Apply the product to both surfaces and allow 1-2 minutes for the product to get tacky before mating the two together and clamping/securing with weight for 24 hours. A: E6000 is a great adhesive when working with models and small repairs, but it may struggle to bond to some plastics (polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene). For best results, scuff-sand any smooth surfaces then clean with acetone or rubbing alcohol prior to applying. Clamp or secure the repair for 24 hours for a full cure.
