Q: I'm on my third of these doormats- are they designed to stay outside in all of the elements? It seems that after getting wet, mine just look awful. Suggestions on cleaning? Should it be undercover?

Solid construction, coils are tightly packed, and the thick latex backing ensures that it won't move around. Looks durable, but also pretty and inviting. It definitely looks more expensive that what I paid for it. Makes our home entry look more put together.

It is not meant for outdoors. It stained concrete after one day of use, simply because of a small bit of water from a sprinkler. I do not recommend this at all, do your research and look somewhere else. It started fraying almost immediately. If wet, it will puddle for days. It’s done the complete opposite of what it’s supposed to. Do yourself the favor and don’t buy this. I read the reviews and thought “mmm, maybe it’s an exaggeration.” Or “can’t be that bad”, but I was warned and didn’t listen. So here I am saving you from the same disaster I spent my money on.

I buy a fresh doormat for each season as with the WNY seasons this really takes a beating. It lasts well and holds up. I only replace so it looks fresh but it could last 6+ months and still look good outside. I love how it covers a large surface area and is tastefully designed.
