A: I just bought this and took me a second to figure out. Grab one of the handles from the bottom of the handle and push out towards you to unlock. They are not drawers. Like I thought.

Bad design. Too hard to open.
The handles are so hard to open and when they do finally click open they tend to fall off and you have to figure out how to click them back in. This simply does not work. This is astonishingly poor design for a brand like Brightroom. We had such high hopes.

It serves its purpose
The wheels don't roll well, even when in the unlocked position, but I was still able to easily drag it around because it only had light stuff in it. I like the various sizes but think I'll stick with drawers in the future because the stacking part just isn't for me.

Great for Barbie toys
This is an expensive but nice set up for my daughter’s Barbie’s. She keeps the dolls on the bottom one and organizes the clothes, shoes, accessories in the other bins. It also fits some small furniture. So far we are happy with the purchase. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive expensive.

Fun cart
I was super interested in this new cart and it did not disappoint! I needed something to organize all of our sensory bin items, tools, bases, playdoh, etc. and this was perfect. It's clear enough I can see everything bur not obvious like acrylic. It clicks together super easily and snug unlike our old drawer cart. The wheels aren't super great but foe the price it's wonderful!

Perfect home for crochet supplies
I took 2 bins and a bag of crochet supplies and filled this organizer. Each compartment removes separately which allows items to stay put in one compartment while accessing another. I will be replacing the casters with rollerblade style wheels to prevent scratching my floors.

Absolute Perfection!
I am in love with this! Having recently moved into a new house I am using (and acquiring) tools and hardware left and right. I had a “tool bag” but it was overflowing. I wanted something that I could use to store all of my tools and whatnot, but also something that I could easily see into so I knew where things were. This is perfect. You can put it in any configuration you want. The open side bin is great for quick grab items/things that you use frequently. The wheels are easy to install and 2 of the 4 have brakes on them too! It is very sturdy and has quite a bit of weight in it now that I filled it up. Even with being full, I could still carry it from the top handle to go down a step. The pictures show everything I stocked mine with. I may be getting a 2nd one.

A little finicky but holds a lot
I'm a crafter, I have a lot of supplies. So I was excited to try this storage tower/cart. It has wheels, two of which lock, which is nice. It fits under my desk which is GREAT. And the storage bins themselves hold quite a bit; I'm still debating what to use the open front bin for (it will probably be yarn). Each storage tray/bin will hold a ream of letter paper easily, it might hold 9x12 as well but I haven't tested that size. There are three little boxes that fit in the medium sized trays. The only thing about this, is that these are stacking bins, not drawers. You have to unclip the ends, and lift all of the bins above the one you want to access. The upside of this is that you can see everything easily and nothing will get shoved to the back.

This rolling storage organizer is exactly as described and I couldn’t be happier. It’s so easy to assemble- and the wheels make it easy to move around the house. It’s sturdy and the drawers are spacious. There’s a place for everything. Highly recommend!

Versatility is the great!
I love the versatility of this. It's lightweight and the handle at the top is very useful when you need to move it about. I like that I can make it bigger or smaller with the snaps if I want to put arts and crafts, or kitchen pantry items and have it rolling on wheels on hardwood.
