Q: I've had mine for about a year, and they are no longer static-free. What do I do to have them remove static?
A: Wash them on high heat— and dry them. They should become static free.

Q: Why don’t dryer balls work for me? I’ve been using wool dryer balls for years and they do Not remove the static cling! I use 5 balls so do I need to use more or are they just a pure scam?
A: Wash them on high heat to “re-charge” them

Q: Hi there! I love dryer sheets because they make my clothes smell fresh and great! I was curious is there anything I can apply to the dryer balls to make them have a fresh scent?
A: you can add a couple drops of your favorite essential oil!
submitted byEliz - 10 months agoA: Hi Scent - Thank you so much for asking about this product. You can toss three wool dryer balls into the dryer with your laundry. For natural fragrance, add 2-3 drops of Everspring Essential Oils ball and toss in load. Re-apply 2 - 3 drops of oil with each load. I am sure you will love it. - Thank you so much. - Shilpa

Q: Will these balls in the dryer help to redistribute the feathers in a down comforter. All the feathers have migrated to the corners over the years. Thank you.
A: I can't give an expert reply but I'm wondering how these would magically know where the feathers should go, and how they'd move them so precisely. I'd advise doing it by hand, which is laborious, but far more likely to work since you are a lot smarter and stronger than these little balls!
