A: All LED lights are dimmable. The catch is that dimmers designed just for incandescents will have terrible results with LED lights, so you have to use a dual-function dimmer, which is more expensive.

FYI, you may also notice a slight glow with your lights even though the lights are off. A: Hello. If one bulb burns out the rest of the string will initially stay lit. However, a burned out bulb should be replaced as soon as you can. As bulbs burn out, and if not replaced, the remaining bulbs take up the extra power and burn out quickly, causing the set/circuit to fail quickly. A: 1st answer is wrong. Any LED light is dimmable. You do have to use a dimmer that supports LED lights as well as incandescent, or you will have terrible results. The 2-function dimmers cost more.

If one bulb goes out, initially other bulbs will stay lit but we recommend to replace the burned out since remaining bulbs take up the extra power and burn out quickly.
