Celestial String Lights
Found in the holiday section, but perfect for all year round! The length to size of the moon/stars is a good ratio. It can be left on or put with a timer, and just needs batteries (which makes it easy to put anywhere).

Great lighting for a twin bed!
I purchased these to put on my sons bunk bed, and they were perfect! They provide a nice warm, dim light and were the exact length I needed for his twin size bed. I love that it has a timer option so I don’t have to worry about remembering to turn it on/off.
