Bought this as a present for an 8 year old. Super cute idea and she absolutely loved it!

This canvas is very well-made. It came with several different colors to paint with. The space is to paint within were large enough for my daughter to work and she is five years old. The colors were bright and brilliant and the paint went on easy and washed off very easily from Hands and the tablecloth we were using. Even though I’m a creative person, I get a lot less stressed when I’m doing an art activity and all of the items I need are there for me which is why I love this butterfly paint-your-own canvas craft kit. The kit comes with six different acrylic paint colors. It’s also super helpful if you’re just beginning painting because acrylic paint can be expensive and you’re given black, green, blue, pink, yellow and white in this kit plus three brushes. I am 5’2. This butterfly art kit is true to size. I think that you could get a few of these, to have as a creative sleepover activity. I also think it would likely be a nice gift for an older elementary school aged student. This kit is a really lightweight item.
