I ordered 2 of these kits for my son to paint as mother's day presents and one had a broken hinge as soon as we opened the box. The other he was able to paint, however the paint peeled off with the stencils and the box was left with nothing on it.

Not a good product
It was a good idea, but not a good product. First of all, the first time we got it it was broken and when we got it next time, we added the stencils and painted but when we tried to peel it off, the paint came out with the stencils. The paint didn’t stay and that is why I don’t think it’s a good product.

Really cute idea, but the paint doesn’t stick well. I think I may have waited too long to pull the stencil off the first time and the second time that paint was still very wet and the paint ran once stencil was removed. Luckily, the paint came off very easily and we were able to make our own design. The bottom has foam feet which did not fare well in the baking process, but I removed them and replaced with clear rubber feet. Ultimately they turned out great but the instructions didn’t work well.

Frustrating but cute
Don’t waste your time with the stencils. The paint dries too quickly, and the stencil ends up ripping off your hard work. Leaving you with half the flower you painted and a stencil you can no longer use. You’re better off painting what you want by hand.
