A: Mine only last an hour or two. Its super cute, but I returned it because it doesn’t hold a charge.

The battery life is capable of lasting up to 10 hours. There is no timer on the product, but there is a touch switch with numerous light settings (off, low, medium, high). A: Hi, I believe another reviewer indicated they use it with the charging cable-- that is, instead of using it as "charged." So, it seems you can use it with the cable it comes with, as a "plug-in."

Cute little lamp! Bought it to use in a bookcase shelf. But what's the point if you are forever charging it? I charged it overnight and left it on the next day to see how long the charge lasts. It lasted, if I am being generous, just under 10 hours on high. Such a disappointment. Not sure if it is safe to leave the charging cord inserted and keep the lamp plugged into a wall outlet 24/7. Wish it came with a regular old fashioned plug.

So cute legally blind an much needed for when areas w no plugs bath kitchen ect. Plug a lil tricky getn in but take awhile to charge if used long. I use it on before bed & am. Getn ready an or through night another one have 2. I wake through night a still on not sure if setting affect if low high how fast drains battery but for me last through night a lil dim in am but still on. It hasn’t gone out on me. Helpful not to have keep battery’s in stock but have to time charging so ready for night when need most. Cute functional great for between places as well w out the bulk. Saw in instagram

This is a very cute lamp & looks adorable on my entrance table. However, the charge is ridiculous. If you wanted to truly use this as a lamp, you'd only be able to use it for an hour or so without needing to charge it. Because I actually wanted a lamp in this area, that's a big disappointment & frankly makes it overpriced if it doesn't work.

I wanted to love this lamp! For $30 it should hold a charge. It lasts for 2 hours max. I now have to keep it plugged in if I want to use it. I expected better quality from magnolia. Debating on returning only because I love the look. But if you haven’t purchased, don’t.

Cute for what I needed it for, which is to light up a dark area near the cat’s dish at night. I don’t try to operate it without the cord, it stays plugged in. I just wanted a tiny touch lamp and this fit the bill. It’s really meant to be a little brighter than a nightlight with the opaque shade, but not by much, and that’s perfect for me. One star off for the three-level brightness which is ineffective (you touch the button several times and it gets a tiny bit brighter, it’s not worth the effect you get). Based on these reviews I’m glad I’m not trying to use it without the cord.

This lamp is so elegant and love the fact that I can adjust the light. I put it in my bathroom so if I have to get up in the middle of the light it’s just the right amount. I also put one in my reading nook and it la such a great little add. I wish the charge held more, but being rechargeable makes it more versatile
