Far from non-stick
It chips, it sticks, and its cute. I got the green/sage. Looks nice in my kitchen, but no matter what I put in the pan, it sticks! And its hard to clean without scratching the ceramic.

So far, great performance
Have used on both stovetop in oven. Finish seems solid, and has been easy to clean with no discoloration. Found a tempered glass cover at a thrift store that fits it almost perfectly. especially for the price.

I bought 3 of these last Christmas, two were gifts, all 3 still in mint condition minus a burn spot one of my daughters managed to do on theirs. I absolutely love this pan and use it a lot for one pan meals that I can just stick in the oven, or go from heating/ frying to the oven. I have zero chips and only hand wash it. If food sticks I put a little water in it, warm it on the stove, and use some down and a bottle brush to scrub it off. Great pan and wish I could find another in our store
