Far from non-stick
It chips, it sticks, and its cute. I got the green/sage. Looks nice in my kitchen, but no matter what I put in the pan, it sticks! And its hard to clean without scratching the ceramic.

I bought 3 of these last Christmas, two were gifts, all 3 still in mint condition minus a burn spot one of my daughters managed to do on theirs. I absolutely love this pan and use it a lot for one pan meals that I can just stick in the oven, or go from heating/ frying to the oven. I have zero chips and only hand wash it. If food sticks I put a little water in it, warm it on the stove, and use some down and a bottle brush to scrub it off. Great pan and wish I could find another in our store

Best for outdoor cooking!
I purchased this because I needed something easier to clean for campfire cooking. The ease of cleaning this pan makes my other cast irons an absolute trouble by comparison. All I need to do now is let this cool then wipe it out with a mild cleaner. I am even considering replacing some of my other pans with this.

It’s a great pan!
When washing, be SURE you are using a sponge or brush that is non-scratch. I recommend a plastic bristle brush with a scraper, otherwise will leave tiny scratches in the enamel which will cause rough spots where food will start to stick horribly. All in all: buy it!

This pan is close to being nonstick, but you still have to use some sort of oil. You don’t need much, but you can’t put most foods directly into this pan. Very easy to use.

Packaging was good, no damage from shipping. The pan itself is a lot bigger than I was anticipating. The enamel is smooth and beautiful. I was able to cook eggs without sticking, then some bacon that got nicely crispy. When I was done it washed clean with hardly any effort.
