soo beautiful but unfortunately the star was broken off the base when we picked it up. We thought it was just out of the plastic base but turns out the star was broken. I'm so bummed!

The star completes my tree! The clip on the bottom worked great for my tree. I haven’t had any trouble with it staying in place. I’m very happy I bought it even though I was wary with the other reviews.

Beautiful brass star. Perfect size and color. Had no issues with weight or clip. Did not do anything special getting it to stay put… just clipped it to main tree branch. No leaning or falling over and clip holds well

The star itself is beautiful & exactly what I wanted for my tree with its vintage charm & elegance. I knocked off a star for the plastic clip though. I ordered this for curbside pickup and was brought one with a broken clip. So completely defeating the point of curbside pickup, I had to go back in to pick a non-broken one and make the exchange. My faith in the longevity for my non-broken clip is very low though. This item would have been better off with a longer metal rod to secure to the core of the tree. Also note that the star is metal. Part of why I love it for not feeling cheap and plasticy with the exception of the clip. It has some weight to it so it’s not for weak branches and needs a lot of adjusting to get it to sit just right.

Love this tree topper. It is a muted gold and looks beautiful on top of our tree. Would definitely recommend!

This star is STUNNING!! Exactly what I have been looking for but couldn’t find until now…it is a little heavy and although the clipped seemed like a great idea it didn’t really work so I removed it and attached it to a dowel and it’s perfect!!!!

Damaged upon opening

The clip is very weak and came broken. The star itself is VERY heavy there is no way a tree could hold this up unless it had a dowel rod to hold it. So bummed because this is exactly what I was looking for.

This star is SO beautiful but the plastic clip is so cheap. The star is heavy so it tips over completely. The instructions state to clip to a couple of branches and when I did the plastic broke so now I have no idea how I’m going to stick it up there. I guess I can tie it?

Classic design and easy to use. The clip for the top of the tree works great with my artificial tree.

I’m not sure why there are such negative reviews. It’s so beautiful in person and looks expensive. The gaps are hardly noticeable and don’t cheapen the look in my opinion. I love the shape of the star. It looks like the star of Bethlehem. I’m excited to put this on my tree!
