Q: Is this made to plug into the tree? We have a 7' tree and the cord is not long enough to reach a wall plug.
A: If you don’t have a plug (from the lights) on your tree to plug it into you’ll need an extension cord.

Q: Why do the cool white look blue
A: When LED light has bluish cast to it, the Kelvin # is closer to 3500. Look up Kelvin for the description of what those numbers mean; it helps when choosing light bulbs for your lamps too.

Q: Can you change the colors on the topper?

Q: Is there a way to turn off the twinkling lights? I just want solid light.
A: Unfortunately, this product is designed to have both twinkling lights and steady lights. There isn't a control box that can make light functions toggle with this product. Q: Is there a setting for the water lights only?
A: This product is designed to display both cool white lights and warm lights. I assume your question is asking if this tree topper can only display warm lights.
