This is so magical and lovely. It reminds me of all the big holiday department displays. Feels very high tech and love its in my home and not NYC! The clip is an extra nice touch in securing it. It is a multi color light so keep that in mind!

Really nice if you get one that works properly
This is a beautiful tree topper. I’m only giving it 4 stars for two reasons. First, this is the second one I’ve purchased. The first one did not work correctly, so I had return it (inconvenient). This one is fine. Second, it’s too heavy to put on the tree without rigging it up. I have that figured out. So other than those two issues, it displays beautiful colors and has nice sparkle. Some people in the reviews said they were disappointed because the online pictures depicted it as being white lights. I bought mine in store so knew it had changing colors because of the in store display. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

This star is beautiful, but it stopped spinning within 5 minutes of it being on the tree. It occasionally makes a clicking noise like it’s trying to spin, but it doesn’t actually spin.

This tree topper is beautiful - the only thing is the photos are misleading. I thought I was buying a a gold star with white lights, but it’s actually multicolor. Once I popped it on the tree it didn’t matter, it’s so pretty!

Prettier on the tree!
Despite the bad reviews, I actually love this star. I bought a few different toppers and they were all heavy and fell over. This one did too, but I expected it too since they all do. You have to build a splint for them. Zip tie something down the stem of the tree to support the weight of it and then clip the star onto it. I did bend down the top branch of my artificial tree to allow the star to spin. I wasn’t so sure when I saw it at the store if I would like it. But it was pretty enough that I figured even if I didn’t plug it in, it would still look beautiful. But it’s actually so pretty on a tree. I do have a tree that switches from color to white lights. It def looks better with the color, but it’s pretty on the white tree too. Just know that you cannot turn the colors off to be just white.

Beautiful tree topper!
I LOVE this star! It is a beautiful addition to my Christmas tree and brings back the nostalgia of my late grandmother's tree topper. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it can be challenging to affix it to the top of the tree, but I did manage to get it to stay by bending the tip of the tree down onto itself and placing the clamp around that part; it needs stability and bulk to stay put. I also moved other branches away to allow the star to spin freely.
