Q: How do you unwrap/uncoil the cord? Mine is wrapped so tightly I can’t fit the outlet end through to start unwinding cord

Q: Will the adaptor chain with tree lights or does it have to be plugged in separately?
A: Thank you for your interest in this product. This will depend on the type of tree you have. This tree topper uses a 2 prong adaptor for it's power source. If your tree has a female end plug towards the top, then it will be possible to power the topper using your tree. If your tree does not, then you may need to run an extension cord from the topper to your outlet.
