so rough and scratchy feeling, I could barely pick it up. Felt like a rough chalk board, had to return.

TARGET will not honor a return by mail when items arrived broken. I returned one of these limited edition mugs that had arrived broken, I placed it inside it's own box and taped it up so I could mail it back safely. The other mug could not be shipped as it had completely broke during the original shipment process. I did however, place the sticker from the other mug on the inside box with a note about that so they would know how it arrived too broken to mail back. Well, even though the mugs arrived originally broken and I sent photos to TARGET return, they decided to decline my return. That is absolutely ridiculous! I understand that it ultimately was probably the shipper to handle the package poorly however, Target warehouse is notorious for not packaging items improperly. This is not the first time something like this has happened. However, this is the first time Target has decided to not give me my hard earned money back. Absolutely disheartening considering how much money I have spent shopping their stores throughout the years. Yes, these mugs are pricey and it would have been nice if they actually made this right for me. They chose not to so here is my review! Thank you Target for helping me lose trust in shopping with you! Congratulations! see photo, buyers beware!

Great cup but make sure to check dimensions. Small and more for expresso cup.

I wish people would stop rating products because it arrives broken-that's a shipping concern, not the actual product.

I knew this item would sell out the moment. I saw it on the app. I put in an order for four mugs. And one arrived at the broken. And of course it’s sold out so it’s not fixable so I just have to get a refund. And all they have to do was just put the proper amount of bubble wrap in the box to ensure that ceramic items would arrive. They didn’t even bother to put fragile stickers on the box. A box full of ceramic items. I do not blame the parcel service for this. I blame target.
