Q: Can you please tell me the measurements of the ice pack? Just a thought, but it might be helpful for customers to know the measurements and see a picture of the product outside of the box. Thanks for your assistance. :-)

Q: How big is the center opening of the pack? My knee pain is mostly around my knee cap so I want to make sure this will cover all of the areas that I need.

Pretty poor construction -- the plastic is not very maliable and beads leaked out after the first use. Purchased on Saturday, broke on Sunday, returning on Monday. Won't be buying the Target brand again -- as other reviews noted it doesn't actually hold well to the knee with only one strap. Even adding two more that are smaller t bind it better to the top and bottom would be an improvement. Avoid.

At first it seemed great, but once you put it on its quickly apparent it does a poor job of covering all around the knee since there is only one strap in the middle. The top and bottoms of it dont even touch so you dont get the full treatment of other ice sleeves with straps on the top and bottom.

Bought it for my husband's knee surgery. It does its job until the seal breaks somewhere and the beads start falling out everywhere. It lasted less than a month with multiple uses daily. We put it in an ziplock and it technically still works but can't use the strap which was why we got it.

Perfect gift for people with knee issues. Got this for my mom as she has been having knee pain for over a month and the regular ice pack doesn’t distribute the coldness right on her knee. This ice pack has been helping her for about two weeks now. I do wish the Velcro was better quality but I also think they could do a higher price point item with that upgrade. Good quality for price point

The strap is very elastic so my boyfriends and I can both use this on our knees! As an added bonus, I frequently suffer from migraines and this will strap around my head and provide some relief for those as well! Even when frozen, the gel beads are able to shift to fit comfortably instead of stabbing into like cubes of ice would!

It is the perfect thing to relieve pain and swelling in my knee. The area surrounding the kneecap is the issue and this gel pack wraps snuggly (adjustable Velcro strap) around to provide ice therapy right where I need it. I was surprised it got so cold in just two hours.

Too bad the velcro strap isn't a few inches longer, or maybe had stretchy velcro instead. So if you have a larger leg/knee, you won't be able to comfortably strap it in place, but still a good size gel pack!

Worked really well but apparently there was a hole and one of the beads escaped in the freezer and ended up stuck to a bag of fruit and ended up in a smoothie. Could have been very dangerous to ingest and im sure part of it was ingested.
