Q: There is an option to set the tree to "timer." How long will the tree remain on, assuming the timer mode automatically turns it off.
A: Hello Emily, thank you so much for showing your interest in the item "Battery Operated Lit Ceramic Christmas Tree". In order to answer your question, once the switch is set to the timer mode, the item will stay on for 6 hours and then off for 18 hours. I hope that helps - Akanksha.

Q: Hello.......how do you remove the "try-me" wiring? No instructions provided with the one I purchased that details how to remove it. The wire seems attached securely to the underbase base.
A: Hello The Gardener - Great Question! The try-me wire can and should be removed. Simply tug on the string near to where it connects to the battery housing. Sometimes, there is a small tab that one might need to push down to help the wire disconnect from the battery housing. Hope this helps! - Eram

Q: why is it so dim when turned on but when i hit the try me button it's much brighter.
A: Hello, The brightness may vary as there are different sets of batteries powering the try-me function vs the normal ON function. The brightness also decreases as the battery slowly loses power after each use. Thanks, Malcolm

Q: How do you turn the lights on? it only stays on while the button is pushed
A: Hello - Thanks for your inquiry. The "try-me" button must be removed after purchase, then there is a switch on the bottom of the tree near the battery compartment that control the lights to allow them to stay on. I hope this helps! - Lexie
