Completely disappointed
I was so excited when this steamer arrived. I read the instructions and filled the steamer with water as directed. I plugged it in and nothing. I did see the red light and the green light to indicate power, but no steam. I’m so frustrated. I will be returning tomorrow.

Very cheaply made. The cloth covers for the 2 tools are very poorly made. Doubt they are going to last very long. The larger one fits terrible on the tool I had to stop several times to straighten it out and it wouldn't clean the entire length of the tool.

Save up for literally anything else
I was mainly looking for a steam mop to really deep clean my floors but came across this. The size, amount of attachments that could clean more than floors, and other reviews convinced me to get this. I’m not impressed to be honest. The pressure isn’t that great. It doesn’t get hot enough to clean effectively but it does get too hot to hold with the provided mitt (I used my grilling gloves to handle it). The towels provided don’t stay put when clipped and are tiny. My first red flag should have been the fact there was water in the reservoir upon opening the box?? I will be returning this today. I’d say it’s good for the price but it’s not even worth half of the $60 I paid.

I could not love this more!
This steamer has a large reservoir, so you don't have to keep filling it up. You can refill while the unit is turned on (unlike other steamers). It heats in 30 seconds (unlike the min. 3 minutes of other steamers). It cleans EVERYTHING! I've used it on bricks around a fireplace, the tracks of windows and shower doors, grout, the range hood, stainless steel appliances, mirrors (no streaks!), floors, kitchen cabinets- you name it! Oh, and add a few drops of essential oils to the water and steam sofas and chairs- your whole house will smell great! No chemicals and kills 99% of germs!!! Love, love, love this product!

I love this steamer
I have a small cleaning company and this steamer did me so much justice. I would definitely buy again if I if anything ever happens to this one that I have currently. I also have some issues getting off grease off some wood cabinets one I steamed it first and scrubbed after the grease came right off the wood

Love this and everything about if with a few flaws. Don't get me wrong, it works great and does exactly what it is supposed to. Holds a good amount of water and does not puddle like some others I have had. The down falls are the short cord so doing steps would need extention cord, clowning pads could be more than just 1 cleaning pad. Other than that works great. Love it!!!! I named her Big Bird!!! Little steamer great results
