This steamer has a large reservoir, so you don't have to keep filling it up. You can refill while the unit is turned on (unlike other steamers). It heats in 30 seconds (unlike the min. 3 minutes of other steamers). It cleans EVERYTHING! I've used it on bricks around a fireplace, the tracks of windows and shower doors, grout, the range hood, stainless steel appliances, mirrors (no streaks!), floors, kitchen cabinets- you name it! Oh, and add a few drops of essential oils to the water and steam sofas and chairs- your whole house will smell great! No chemicals and kills 99% of germs!!! Love, love, love this product!

I have a small cleaning company and this steamer did me so much justice. I would definitely buy again if I if anything ever happens to this one that I have currently. I also have some issues getting off grease off some wood cabinets one I steamed it first and scrubbed after the grease came right off the wood

A bit small but small but very appropriate and does a thorough job for the size and price of this product. I recommend it if you have a smaller job to do if you have a larger job then this will do the job as well that might just take you a little longer.

Love this and everything about if with a few flaws. Don't get me wrong, it works great and does exactly what it is supposed to. Holds a good amount of water and does not puddle like some others I have had. The down falls are the short cord so doing steps would need extention cord, clowning pads could be more than just 1 cleaning pad. Other than that works great. Love it!!!! I named her Big Bird!!! Little steamer great results

I have 2 different mopping tools at home, but some stains are difficult to clean when mopping. The reason I like this product is because it's steam heated, it's super clean to mop, and the cord is so long that it can basically mop the entire room. It also comes with different heads so that I can use it to mop the floor, clean the corners of the stove, toilet, and clean areas with a lot of oil stains.

Really is a strong cleaner, it makes my floors feel squeaky clean and gives me peace of mind. The only downsides is the stiffness of the floor mop attachment (head doesn't move around like many modern steam mops) and the small excuse for a mop cloth. The stiffness really bothered me when I first used this and I wanted to return it, but I got used to the feeling by the second use. As for the mop cloth, it only lasted a few strokes before falling off. Currently, I just use a towel on the bottom of the floor attachment.

i wanted to love this steamer. the extended tube was really helpful with baseboards and sinks. i mainly bought this steamer for the versatility. i wanted to steam mop the tile and floors. unfortunately when i tried to mop, the handle would fall apart. i thought that maybe i was missing a piece, but i triple checked all of the included attachments. despite this, the handle kept disconnecting from the mop head. i couldn't actually steam the floors like i wanted to. three stars cause it does clean well with the handheld attachments, i like that you can add more water and not wait too long to continue using it. the cons: i bought it to mop the floors, but the handle kept coming apart. the button that you need to push to steam gets annoying. i understand the safety behind it, but your hand gets sore after a bit

This little system did an amazing job of cleaning my bathroom: the glass shower doors of the "dog spa" haven't been that clean in a while. It help me rid the toilet and sink of hard water stains. I'm happy.
