Q: I can't seem to get mine to stay on without holding down the "try me button" on either setting?

A: Put batteries in the bottom l, then you just pull the try me button off and it turns on and off with the switch that’s on the bottom of the lantern.

These pumpkins are large and durable. Very inexpensive but feel very sturdy. The lights have a gentle candle flicker. They have a timer setting too. I like they look Halloween but not so much that they can’t be used up to Thanksgiving.
