Arrived broken
Bought two spools of these. One worked fine and the other came with half the lights not working. We tested them on the spool but the broken sections were hidden. It was quite the pain to find out they did not work after hanging them on the house.

New and broken!
Two out of 6 spools DID NOT WORK. They are brand new lights purchased this year and two spools have sections of lights that are out. I’m so mad at the work I put in for this to happen. I tested them before putting them up, but what I did was plug them in still wound on the spools, and the broken sections were hidden. Unroll the whole thing and test them…but honestly-SKIP THESE

Not warm
Glad I checked to see if these were warm enough before just putting them away in storage. These are COOL, I even checked to see if I was sent the wrong color. Will be returning. Disappointing because I do like the shape and if they were warm I would be keeping.
