A: Hi - Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in Giant Paper Pad with Handle. While not ideal for most tracing situations, uncoated paper can be used for tracing in certain circumstances, particularly if you are using a lightbox and need a slightly thicker paper than traditional tracing paper; however, the best option for tracing is typically dedicated tracing paper which is designed to be translucent and allow you to easily see through it to the image you want to trace. Great Work Pad!
I like to collage images from magazines and catalogs into surealistic images and landscapes and found that I needed a larger paper pad to do that as the image sort of grew out of itself. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a Strathmore or canson paper pad since I probably won't be keeping most of these collages since they're just for fun/to relax, so I found these pads at a reasonable price for a good size and they actually surpassed my expectations. not only are they acid free, but they're A nice bright white which is a great background to start with if you want your colors to be pure unless muted. it's good for drawing and acrylic paints as well so it really hit a lot of marks in terms of what I was looking for and it's value. good job Mondo Llama!

Endless imagination
I never want my children to feel limited when it comes to art, all things are possible and our imagination is the greatest gift. We fill these up pretty fast and my kids love all the space on the page! They always end up drawing on both sides of the paper. The only thing I wish is that it was a more clean rip when taking the page off. There is a handle that is apart of the page making it a sloppy when ripping the paper to hang up and I have ruined the art at times.
