From a family who eats popcorn almost every evening, we do not recommend. for the price I am not surprised that we aren’t happy with it. It does its job of making pop corn, but the popcorn is not good. So now it just sits on the counter. Have tried all different seeds doesn’t make a difference. Wish I could return it but we threw away the box.

No manual in box, spent 2 hours on the phone and customer service was no help. No one seems to know or care if I ever get a manual. What a joke these people are.
