I ordered two sets, since I was replacing my dinner sets. Target failed to ship both. When I tried talking to corporate, as that was the nubmer I was given, the person was rude. I then attempted to process the item to be sent again and the online processing didn't work. I called customer service. Spoke with a very nice worker, who was stuck and couldn't get it out before I was out of town. Selected the refund option, which I won't get for several days. Found on Amazon the same item cheaper and will deliver faster. I feel bad for the customer service people, they are stuck and corporate was awful to deal with.

The plates look wonderful and guests will compliment these. The dinnerware was nicely packaged to prevent shippin damage. We usually have to buy new dinnerware every three years, so we will see how these hold up.

This dinnerware looks even lovlier in person. It's a warm white with a brown trim that isn't too dark. It came packaged incredibly well. I ordered two sets and none of the pieces were broken. It arrives in a box within a box and all pieces are packaged in thick boxes with packing between the pieces. There's no opportunity for movement inside at all. The pieces are of an appropriate weight-substantial but not too heavy. Sometimes bowls can be either too shallow or too deep but these are perfect. I also like the bigger handles on the mugs. If you're considering these, I'd highly recommend you get them!
