Stop the pulling!: Attaching your leash to the martingale loop on the back will allow your dog to walk in a straight line without twisting or straining, while also discouraging pulling by gently tightening around the chest. Attaching your leash to the ring on the front of the chest lets you “steer” your dog. Constructed of industrial strength nylon webbing with reinforced X-stitching it provides you with the security of knowing this harness will stand up to daily use by even the strongest dogs. The training package includes: 1. The Freedom No-Pull Harness -- the ultimate training tool featuring a martingale loop on the back of the harness to tighten slightly around your dog's chest and discourage pulling - and a connection in the front that allows you to redirect attention back to you. 2. A Coordinating Training Leash which can connect to the front and back of the harness simultaneously or to the back of the harness and a collar at the same time for additional control. 3. Training instruction brochure. 4. Fitting instructions and Warranty Information. The harness has a contrasting loop (which can be seen in the photos) to make it easier to put on and take off. How to measure

Length

Run tape from the base of your pet’s neck, at the collar, to the base of their tail, where the back ends and the tail begins.
Girth

Start at the widest part of your pet’s chest, right behind the front legs. Don’t forget to leave a little wiggle room!
Neck

Measure where your pet’s collar naturally goes. Remember to leave a little slack. Two of your fingers should comfortably fit underneath the measuring tape.
