Not worth the price doesn't cover what it says. My controller was less than a year old and I was not offered a replacement or the option to repair. They wanted me send the controller back and take 29.34. The policy was $9 so I'd basically get $20 bucks and no controller!

Do not buy warranty! It is a waste of money. I tried to use it for a PS5 controller and was not able to do anything. I contacted target and was told to contact another number, contacted them and was told to contact someone else. Ended up going back to target and was told they could do nothing about it and I asked what is the point of paying for the warranty? And all they could say was I’m sorry about it but there’s nothing they could do. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I'm trying to use this plan for an Xbox controller I bought and the website is refusing to log me in. After talking to 2 different reps to try and get help, the second one ended the chat with no conclusion. The only info I got is that my account was temporarily locked for too many attempts (I've changed the password twice to try and get in) and to try again in 24 hours, and the chat ended before I could confirm that they were filing the claim for me after I had to ask them to because I didn't want to wait 24 hours for my account to unlock. Now I have to anyway unless I want to try and argue with a 3rd agent. Absolutely will never purchase one of these plans again if this is the SOP!

Waste of money. Been 9 months and trigger stopped working. Allstate says to contact manufacturer and now they want pictures of it's model number and all that, but the letters and everything and faded and worn out on the back of the controller. So I'm stuck with a broken controller.

These plans are actually really good. For some reason I never can get a Playstation controller to last more than a year. I've always been able to get a good result when filing a claim.

Had an Xbox controller and a gaming headset die after factory warranty but less than one year. I had the square trade warranties on both of them. I couldn't submimt the claim online and had to do it via phone, but it was easy and, as they say, the check is in the mail. I'll keep buying these warranties for these kinds of items.
