Flawed design, questionable durability
We ordered this tray for delivery, and it arrived with one of the handles broken off. We ordered a replacement, and it had the same problem. Packaging issues aside, this product clearly has a design flaw in the small/fragile connection point for the handles. The tray itself is nice enough, but durability is a huge concern. Also, the first one we received had a darker finish than the replacement, so the consistency/quality control seems to be off.
