A: Mat/rug is supposed to be on the floor OUTSIDE of your shower/tub for when you step out of your tub/shower. It does add color to your bathroom floor.

Bought two more this year for another room and the edges completely unraveled the first time they were washed. I enjoy this rug
I got the bright yellow rug because I have a lot of neutrals in my house. It has served right inside my sliding door to wipe my feet, and also as my cat's litter mat. I like how it catches all the little bits with its texture, but is equally easy to shake out, or throw in the wash. I can see how it's antibacterial. Great colors -- but ADD A BRIGHTER OLIVE GREEN please :)

This needs to have a non-skid backing, otherwise it is a hazard! The packaging says that they recommend a non-slip pad be placed underneath... I with they had just added the backing and sold it as a good piece of merchandise instead of selling two independent pieces. Returning this.
