Target is Horrible
This binder arrived damaged and after 3 rounds of talking with Target customer service they will not refund or replace; because they have a policy about trading cards and accessories being non-returnable. I understand not wanting to refund me for the damaged product but at least have the decency to replace a damaged item. My son bought this with a gift card he got for his birthday and now he is stuck with a damaged binder because Target won’t replace it. This is just pathetic; a major retailer ships a damaged product and won’t replace it or refund it. In fact this was their response when I asked for them to at least send a replacement binder: “I’m sorry for the disappointment but we’re unable to provide a different resolution”. (different meaning no refund no replacement/exchange)
