I purchased two of the off white lamps. One came in perfect condition, but the second one came with black marks and the lamp shade is broken. There is no option to return and they will send you a replacement. You can only return, and re-order and now the lamp is $15 more than what I purchased it for. They should honor what you originally paid for since it’s not your fault if the item arrives damaged.

I ordered two of these lamps one came with the damaged lampshade. So I called customer service and they said I could return it to the store but they won't take it back and send me another one so I'd have to reorder it. It is now $20 more for the lamp and shade. What the heck?

It’s a cute lamp with some character but also simple. I chose the black to balance my decor.

The 23” beige ceramic urn table lamp has a lovely classic shape and neutral tone that fits well with a variety of décor styles. It adds a nice touch of elegance to the room, and the ceramic base feels solid and well-crafted. However, there are a few drawbacks that kept me from giving it a higher rating. The finish isn’t quite as refined as I expected — The lampshade also feels a bit thin and doesn’t sit as evenly as I’d like. Overall, it’s a decent lamp, it is over priced. looks nice from a distance, but it may not meet expectations if you’re looking for something with a more premium finish and look.

I ordered a pair a couple of months ago, and it has been such a nice touch to my bedroom. They are excellent quality a were very easy to assemble. They are not only beautiful, but very functional, as well. I am really happy with my purchase!

Item review options didn't include the BIT05-White I bought. Very happy with these lamps. A huge plus - I can push the cord back into the lamp base to "hide" it so I don't have a really long lamp cord

I bought this lamp looking for something that add clarity to my console table. And this is amazing for it. No just add that, is a beautiful and good quality item.

I’m not sure how nobody has this issue but the gold tones on the lamp are two entirely different shades. I purchased two of these lamps and both have the same issue. The gold tones are too obvious that makes the lamp look cheap. This needs to be corrected!
