I received my Target order today, but the box was delivered already open. It looked like it wasn’t sealed properly (or possibly tampered with). I don’t understand why it would be delivered this way. Can you please look into this and advise me on the next steps? I’ve taken pictures of the package as it arrived.

I like the price and look. I do have to tape the frame together but it’s better than paying $35 for the other options available. It’s light eight so I can use the velcro stick on picture hangers instead of a nail.
