I’m giving this 2 stars because I actually liked the hoodie cardigan but they sent me 1X instead of XL and it was way too big. For reference I’m 5’6”, 170lbs, 39.5” Bust, 31” Waist, 45” hips. Since Target can’t exchange this only offer refund and the price went up significantly. They offered a small gift card in consolation but after all that I decided to just return it and not bother re-ordering since I have no reassurance that 24seven won’t send me the wrong size again. I also contacted customer service for 24seven apparel but they sent me an automated reply that there was nothing they could do even though it was their mistake. There should be more options when the company makes a mistake. So overall it was a nice cardigan, soft fabric and I liked the hoodie and that it was long enough to cover my rear. But if you order you should know there’s no recourse besides refund if there’s a mistake. Never had a problem with ordering from Target partner before.
