This little beauty might be small in size, but it’s a total beast when it comes to quick cleanups! The Shark WANDVAC POWER PET Cordless is perfect for homes with pets — like our three fluffy little poodles who somehow manage to leave fur in every corner. It’s lightweight, easy to grab and go, and the suction is surprisingly powerful for its size. The charging dock is compact and looks good sitting out, and it keeps the unit always ready to go. I especially love the precision attachments — perfect for sofas, stairs, and getting between cushions. Great for touch-ups in between deep cleans. Honestly, it’s one of those tools you didn’t realize you needed until you had it — and now you won’t want to live without it.

Useless for pet households
I've used this vacuum for a couple of weeks, to pick up scattered litter and hair from two clean, well-groomed indoor cats. In other words, not much. This vacuum does the opposite of what it advertises - its design makes it virtually useless for pet areas. It clogs instantly with even a small amount of hair - the hair wraps around the filter holder and gets stuck behind and at the sides of the filter. Litter gets stuck in the small holes of the plastic filter holder and is extremely difficult and time-consuming to remove. The button to empty the chamber is on the bottom of the vacuum, making it annoying to open the chamber because you can't actually see the button if you are holding the vacuum over a trash can, and you have to feel for it awkwardly. This vacuum is a failure for its stated purpose, and it's hard to imagine that it was even tested for use with pets. The quality of the build appears adequate, but the design is useless - and it's expensive. I'll be returning it.

Terrible vacuum.
I bought this about 2 months ago and I am going to try to return it. Takes half the day to charge and lasts about 15 minutes before you have to put it on the charger again for another half of a day to be able to use it!

I like the extra power button
I have the regular Cordless Hand Vac and I love it. I needed a second hand vac because I use it so much I wanted one on both ends of the house. I thought I'd try this version because of the ability to suck up hair and the longer battery life. I actually prefer the regular Cordless Hand Vac. I like the short attachment better. With the Pet Vac the short attachment has longer more flexible bristles compared to the regular. However, I love the power mode on the Pet Vac. Either way, I love Shark products. I also have a vacuum and I will definitely buy Shark products in the future and highly recommend. I gave this 4 starts because I think the regular Hand Vac is 5 stars and I couldn't give this one the same rating. Great product though.

Perfect for those stairs
I bought this handheld vacuum about a month ago. Right away I loved the slinder design and the "no hold" power button. I had a Dyson handheld which was bulky, heavy, and you had to hold the power button to use it. It also died one month after the warranty ran out (the reason we boughtthis Shark handheld.) I have arthritis really bad in my shoulders, elbow, wrists, and fingers so the lightweight design of the Shark is fantastic. Also, having to hold the power button on the Dyson really made my fingers and wrist hurt before I was done vacuuming the couch. The battery on the Shark lasts long enough to vacuum my whole couch (a sectional) as well as our stairs (16 total.) I have also used it in my vehicle. It worked great getting the beach sand out of the seats (all weather material,) as well as the mats (all weather.) The sleek design allows you to get it into smaller spaces unlike the Dyson, which was so bulky it limited its use as a handheld vacuum. Overall I LOVE this vacuum. I was already a Shark vacuum lover and this little guy was icing on the cake.

It has attachments that get between the cushions on my couch and love seat. It’s amazing the stuff it picks up in there.
