Q: what is the weight capacity?

A: While it may look like rope, it's not. It's more like chenille yarn, so I'd say there is almost no weight capacity. Ours held the wire frame spiders & broke in the wind.

A: Hi Madiosn - Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in 25' Glows under Blacklight Mega Spiderweb Halloween Decorative Prop. Untangle by Following the Rope Find the start of the outside rope: Begin at one of the corners or attachment points of the spiderweb. Follow the single rope: Gently pull on the outside rope and follow its path through the tangled sections, carefully working it out of any knots or joints. Keep pulling: Continue following the rope until you reach the other end, allowing the entire web to gradually loosen. I hope this helps - Emma

Not sure why people are upset it doesn’t light up, the description isn’t misleading if they read through it. It’s SO nice and takes up so much space! Which is great because it makes decorating that much easier. We love it.

The web was easy to set out, ground stakes were helpful in keeping it tied down, it comes with an attached hook at the top and the end of the web have loops for easy installation. Now Black Light. I got the store branded black light and the glow is phenomenal! It’s hard to show on picture but the glow really lights up the entire side of the house! It can be seen from a block away. Would definitely pair the webs with black light.

If people would just read before they buy it says white spider web. We used this for three years and it didn’t break until a deer decided to walk through it since we moved states. Fantastic decoration. Held up through wind and rain. Will be rebuying.

This product was disappoint over priced. Not only does it not light up as implied in the photos, ours was manufactured incorrectly and we had to break it apart and hot glue it together to get it to lay correctly.

Misleading. The first photo makes it seem as though this is a lighted web, however that’s not the case, but rather it shines under black light. For busy people who aren’t fully inspecting the description, it would be nice to have a more accurate photo or name (the name on the bag when it arrived actually said black light so if they would have just titled it that people would have known). The size is great, but overall it’s just ok.
