Unfortunately, several candles did not work. The wick burned up immediately, rendering the candle instantly useless. Target was fabulous with their response, however. They did not require me to send them back, and sent replacements immediately. Some of the replacements, however, reacted the same way. Cute candles, just not made properly.

Cute decor but not usable for actual flame
The wicks of these candles are extremely bad. They burn through in an instant and so they won’t stay lit. If you want these just for decor, they’re a very cute candy cane pattern. But if you want to actually light them, they don’t work.
