A: Mine arrived without suction cups as well. Returning it to the store for an exchange is an inadequate solution. Why should we be inconvenienced for your lack of quality control?

A: I’m unsure why Target has not addressed this. This does not come with suction cups. I highly doubt all of us bought one that just “has them missing”….. very frustrating

Not rust proof. Had to throw out
Loved it at first, but over products that wind up in the landfill in a few years. It was taken over by rust, despite not coming into direct contact with water as it was on opposite end of very large shower. Steam did it in and now shopping for a new, rust proof version.

I purchase this every couple years. The description is correct it does not rust but does start developing water marks and gets moldy if not cleaned regularly. All and all a good purchase and keeps our shower tidy.

DESCRIPTION IS FALSE - DOESN'T COME WITH SUCTION CUPS
THIS DOESNT COME WITH SUCTION CUPS. Idk why Target hasn’t adjusted the description yet, but hopefully this will save someone the time I now have to waste going back to the store to return it. (I did pickup so didn’t see until I got home.)

Design flaws, but looks nice.
I gave it 4 stars because it has a couple design flaws. The notches on each shelf are turned the wrong way so you can't hang a loofa or other bath sponge unless it has a really long string. Not sure what that's about. My sponge fits over it but my husband's doesn't. (See photo) Also, the middle and lower shelves are not tall enough for big bottles of pump products. Other than that I like it.

It does NOT come with suction cups!!
This is advertised as coming with suction cup mounts. This question has been asked several times in the Q&A section, because it seems most are not getting the suction cups…and Target continues to answer that it does indeed come with them-it does not.

I like them.
I like this organizer but I do have one gripe with it. It does not stand evenly. I believe it may if the silicone grips on the bottom are removed but it seems silly to have them on there to begin with if I have to remove them to get it to stand correctly. I do have one of these in my bathroom and I use two as plant stands in my window. I haven't had any issues with it rusting. Some products don't stand evenly on the bars but I place a washcloth underneath the product and 9/10 stand fine after.

Great holder for shower items.
Love the look of this in the shower. I tried an overhead shower organizer, but it would not work on our shower head. This shower tower is nice looking and holds quite a bit. Thank you!

Not that great at all. Shelves too short. Leans.
It’s just ok. The shelves aren’t tall enough for liter size bottles of shampoo or body wash. I also like pumps on my shampoo, conditioner and my body wash. This is too small. It’s also not very steady. It leans forward. The one I’m replacing (another brand, from another store) did not do that. I’ll just have to keep looking for something better.
