Q: I threw out the directions because they seemed pretty self explanatory, but when I hit the button 2x the lights just stay on. I got these for the timer feature so I'm pretty annoyed.

A: Thank you for your interest in this product. Pressing the button twice keeps the lights on steadily. Press the button once more to turn the product off, and if you press it just once after that, this will turn on the timer mode. The lights should cycle 6 hours on, then turn off for 18 hours. I wish they were still available, I would buy 20 boxes! We had a tiny, real tree for our deck and they worked great, it looked so cute from the street! No photo of that because 3 days later a windstorm blew the tree into the lake 😢 So glad I had it on the timer because it has lit up, UNDER WATER for 15 NIGHTS (so far) Bonus: The ducks have some holiday cheer, and there is a heron who stands close by to fish at night.

These lights are awesome! The multicolor LEDs are bright and fun, and the green wire blends right in with my tree. It’s a smaller set (30 lights), so it’s perfect for adding a little extra sparkle to small spaces or outdoor decorations. Super easy to set up—just plug them in, and you’re good to go. They’re LEDs, so they don’t heat up, which is great if you like to leave them on for hours like I do. I even tested them outside, and they held up great! For the price, they’re totally worth it. I’m thinking of getting a few more to really deck out my space!

This is a faulty product, only one third of the bulbs on the string light up. Should have read reviews before purchasing. Either the contacts in the battery case are poor or the contacts between the bulbs and the stems. Too bad, the size and shape and color of bulbs are just what I wanted for my table top tree. Returned!

I purchased 3 sets and only one set worked! Not worth my time or trouble to return them.....going to just trash them and lesson learned. The screws inside the battery compartment looked like they had been tampered with. Some quality control is not being followed before putting items back in stock for resale, etc.
